I am very sad to see more and more members leaving the guild. But the members that I am most sad about are the high levels who are leaving because of constant harrassment from lower leveled members. As the gm I have tried very hard to make this guild open to everyone to make it welcoming and qan atmosphere where we can level together and help each other.UnfortunAtely I have created some greedy guildies who start wanting the high levels to continually run them and level their toon for them. the other day I had a wave of guidies quit saying that we don't help anyone but ourselves. which trully saddens me when I have been doing runs and had taken some off to level to 70. one of the members claiming thaT was known for just going into instances then going afk. now one of my dedicated officers had left because harrassment and begging. it has been decided that there will no longer be any tolerance for begging in the guild. on top of that we will by the end of the month we will be changing the minimum level requirement for recruiting new members to 40. we will also be enforcing a no tolerance to harrassment for guild runs policy. And we will be scheduling guild runs and raiding runs starting this coming monday (july 9).
